The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education encourages you to report any comments, concerns or suggestions about DC public schools. You can either email your school reform ideas using the link to the right or submit your comments online using one of the forms below. If you have more than one problem or concern, you will have the opportunity to submit more than one form.
  • Academics and Programming: Use this form to report any issue about enrollment, grades, classes, or extra-curricular activities.
  • Special Education: Use this form to report comments about assessments, IEPs, or services for students in special education.
  • Discipline: Use this form to report any issues about the discipline of a student, fighting, or other violations of school behavior policies.
